Hotel Nuve Torreon

I came expecting luxury, but was greeted by a broken toilet seat and a mattress that was too small. Plus, I asked for towels like it was an inconvenience to the staff. No one cares about customer comfort here, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't because of the lack of basic necessities.

It took us approximately 10 minutes' drive to the airport. The staff were amicable.

I loved the breakfast, it was delicious and well-prepared. Watching the sunrise over the mountains from my room was a serene experience. The free parking across the street was a convenient perk that eased my travel plans.

Staying here was fantastic as it's just a short walk to the Laguna Regional Museum, giving me easy access to local culture. I enjoyed leisurely strolls in nearby parks that added a refreshing touch to my weekend getaway.

The hotel had a good spot to get to some great local attractions. We hit up a couple of cool museums and enjoyed the nearby parks. If you need to book tours, they've got a helpful desk for that. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked well for planning our next adventure!

The parking lot is across the street, and it wasn't super secure. We worried about our stuff since the hotel doesn't take responsibility for anything stolen.

We were pleased to find a room with a tub, and the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the restaurant and the city.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and the included breakfast really hit the spot. They had a wide variety of options to choose from and the view of the city was amazing. The seating area in the lobby was a great spot for relaxing and they offered free refills on the water. The staff at the restaurant and reception were friendly and welcoming.

The overall experience was subpar. The room was dark and outdated, lacking adequate lighting.
